DuraSafe, Inc. Product Warranties
DuraSafe, Inc. warrants its Trailer Guardian against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, ordinary wear and tear excepted, to the original consumer purchaser only for the limited time period listed below. Subject to the exclusions below, DuraSafe agrees to repair or replace at DuraSafe election, all defective components if examination at our manufacturing facility or Trailer Guardian dealer discloses the defect to be the fault of our manufacturing process. Costs such as service for removing and reinstalling any product or component, are to be paid by the consumer. The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes in design or to make additions or improvements without being obligated to install the same upon products covered by this warranty.
Only the first consumer user may enforce this limited warranty. All subsequent purchasers acquire the product as is, without any benefit of this limited warranty. This limited warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

Exclusions:
1. As purchasers sole remedy, DuraSafe will repair or replace components authorized for return by customer service, freight prepaid to DuraSafe. The remedy is limited to replacement of defective parts only. Labor charges and damage incurred in assembly or component replacement are not covered. In the event that this remedy is found to have failed its essential purpose DuraSafe's liability shall be limited to the return of the purchase price of the product.
2. This warranty does not apply to any products that have been repaired or altered by anyone other than DuraSafe factory or other Authorized Service Personnel. This warranty does not cover damages resulting form accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect. The warranty is valid only in the continental United States, Hawaii and Canada.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential damages, so the above limitation of or exclusion may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties. If implied warranties are created, all implied warranties expire on (1) year after the date of purchase. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you. You are advised that you may have additional legal remedies provided to you under the laws of the state and/or Federal laws not mentioned above. These remedies may include the right to recover damages for failure to perform the services described in this limited warranty.
